Over the last 10 years, East Inflatables has manufactured and sold over three hundred and eighty different styles and sizes of interactive inflatable games and bouncers throughout the world.
With 10 years experience, we have designed one unique and advanced system of stitching named Double Reinforced since January 2012, every item from East Inflatables will be double reinforced from entrance to back, side to side, corner to corner, all seams in our units are double stitched by heavy duty extra strength thread.
We use PVC reinforced webbing at all stress points. All of these will make sure all of our inflatable product last much longer than ordinary items. You deserve Best Product and Outstanding Customer Service!
Materials
Commercial grade, knife coated, rip-stop, 15 oz vinyl. Slide liner is special-made, heavy duty 20 oz, no-wax super-slippery vinyl material. All materials are made of 1000x1000 Denier mesh fabric with pvc coating to provide the material higher strength and flexibility.
Quality
High Durability PVC Material
Best material is very important for the games. All inflatable games of East Inflatables are made of high durability fire-retardant 18OZ Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837.
Computer Controlled Cutter
The superiority and difference of our cutting and processing department is centralized around the precision of the initial cut. Our mechanized cutting table uses CAD technology to accurately complete each cut with maximum care as compared to traditional hand cutting.
Professional Digital Painting Machine
Printing is very important for all inflatable products. Our digital printing department can handle nearly any kind of printing.

Computerized Design Advantage
Traditionally, our design department would create temples from which our games were based on. As technology advanced our team of designers replaced the traditional form of manufacturing with computer designed replicas which mimic the final product in more detail. The advanced programs provide for a better final product by ensuring that all calculations are accounted for and precise; and leads to safer and more durable games for the long run.
Double Down on Seams
To craft our inflatable we use the thickest and strongest polyester thread on the market. The thread itself consists of a weave of three strands that combine to provide the strength used to craft our games. To ensure further durability we double stitch every part of our games and quadruple stitch all stress points for maximum strength. Furthermore, through a verity of techniques our craftsmen limit the amount of air output from our inflatables to create a balance in pressure and resilience.
Double & Quadruple Stitching
We double stitch all non-stress areas and quadruple stitch the stress points i.e. entrance/exits and bounce floor areas.
Reinforcement Strip
Our mattress comes with double reinforcement strips on both sides of the interior of the mattress. We add an additional safety strip on the top part of the mattress for that added measure of safety.
For adding strength and durability we use reinforcement strip on joint part, bounce area, entrance; the use of reinforcement strips is a key to ensure the lifetime of the inflatable, this way the thread goes through 4 pieces of 18 oz vinyl. The strips act as a seal for air and add much needed strength to the areas they are used on.
Our rides come with replaceable covers on all wear and tear areas were there is either high traffic or cords and ropes are being used. You could confidently use East Inflatables rides knowing all places that are subject to wear and tear like entrance, crawl through tunnels, sliding blankets, climbing steps and else, are replaceable and could be ordered and changed when necessary. Your main inflatable ride would remain in perfect condition and there would be no need for unnecessary down times and repair and freight charges
Inspection Makes a Difference
Quality control is a key element for our manufacturing process. During and after finishing our games we inflate and process a full inspection report to verify that all quality control standards and regulations are met. Among the many variables most importantly we check any safety measures that are installed and verify its functionality. All our inflatables are thoroughly inspected and tested to make sure your investment in our products will adequately meet all high quality standards.
Safety
All East Inflatables are manufactured to be safe and durable. Our inflatables are all fire retardant and lead free. A safety step comes standard on all our bouncers and combos. Anti-Jumping safety netting on all our slides to prevent player's unsafe behavior. Double Reinforced included in all inflatable games. A warning sign and other safety signs sewn at the entrance. All inflatables meet or exceed the standards of ASTM and CPSIA compliance.
Lead Safe
All our products, from our bouncers to water games, are independently tested lead safe. We take pride in creating products which is strictly conforming to safety standards.
Safe Play Netting
Our Safe Play Netting is one of a kind in the industry because kids can’t climb and potentially hurt themselves and others. While others in the industry use larger perimeter patterns we switched to the higher-priced one-quarter sized version. With thicker thread the netting can take more stress and has a longer lifespan.
Emergency Exit
Unlike the industry average we have taken the additional step of installing an emergency exit on our bounce houses to ensure that all riders safely exit the ride in emergency situation. The exit is secured with zipper that can be easily popped off providing a quick passage, if in any circumstances, the game deflates.
Reinforced Safety Step
The reinforced safety step that, is standard on all our bounce houses, provides for a safe entrance and exit from the bouncer. The step gives that small boost that young and old kids need to enjoy their time playing and provides a dependable landing for when they exhaust their energy. The safety step, being the hallway to a great time, is on the front line of constant stress. Therefore we took the extra step in designing a reinforced step to endure the hundreds of riders that will use it throughout the years.

Sit & Slide
Safe, durable and unique our slides take the reality of young riders and incorporate features to ensure their safety. The sit and slide feature forces riders to do just that. It illuminates the opportunity of riders sliding recklessly and promotes a safe and fun environment.
Safety Sign
A safe playing environment starts at the door with our safety sign. Our games come standard with general instructions for what riders should and cannot do during their time in the inflatable games. We encourage all riders to have a great time and create long lasting memories but never at the expense of safety towards themselves and others. The sign clearly expresses specific instructions that must be followed by riders and operators alike to ensure a fun and harmless environment.

All products are manufactured from high quality pvc knife coated materials that have a tear strength of over 1001bs.
The entire unit is double stitched and reinforced. The base part of each unit and all the stress points that bears the most abuse gets extra reinforcement strips sewn on to the top of the seams. This process makes East Inflatables products last much longer compared to the competition. (see fig. 1-2)
Top of the base is doubled up where upright posts and walls are attached to the base. This process reinforces the stress points substantially, thus preventing any unnecessary tears. (see fig.3)
All the straps for the ride tie downs gets an extra doubled vinyl covering. Anchoring straps are also reinforced on the point of attachment to the base, making East Inflatables products safe and rigid in the most adverse weather conditions and for years to follow. (see fig. 4)
All items are sewn together using specially ordered high tear strength nylon thread that could withstand all weather conditions.

Carefully designed and installed safety netting on all the slides provides safe shaded platforms and restricts riders from performing dangerous acrobatic flips and dives. (see fig.7)

Wind calculation have been done for every design, using Bore National Structure Code Requirements to avoid any overturns and uplifts by wind. In addition all East Inflatables products meet and exceed ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) Standards. Additional tie downs, proper stakes, safety nettings and unique curved stop walls are only a few of the exclusive futures we practice to insure safe and suitable inflatable games. (see fig. 8＆9)
