Q1：Where are you located?

Our factory is in China and we can ship goods to the United States, Australia and Europe as well as all over the world. Accept global orders.

Q2：Can I print my own logo?

Yes, we can print logo according to the picture you provided, our professional designers can also deign for you.

Q3：Can you change the size and color?

Sure, once you make the deposit, our designer will come up with design pictures for you to check, we will start making after you are satisfied with the final design pictures.

Q4：May I get a sample?

Paid sample is accepted. We will refund the sample charge if you order more units.

Q5：What are included with the product?

We provide high standard CE/UL air blower, strong storage bag, repair kit and maintenance kit for free.

Q6：Do you have a certificate for the inflatables?

Yes, all inflatables comes with EN14960 and CE certificate. Each of inflatables are tested by inspectors before delivery. Safety is our first policy.

Q7：What’s the warranty?

Blower warranty is 1 year. Inflatables warranty is 2 years.

Q8：How long is the production time?

It depends on the time you placed the order, and the complication of the design. Usually, after you approved our design pictures, the unit will be finished in 10-15 days. (including test, and quality control).

Q9：Can I order something you do not have in your website?

Yes, customized goods are welcome here.

We can make any inflatable units according to your picture and size.

Our designers will work from a sketch until you are satisfied.

Q10：How long can I receive the product?

We can ship to any places all around the world, ocean, air or ground shipping.

Sea shipping usually takes 25 days.

Air shipping usually takes 5 days.

Q11：How do I pay?

You can pay through international wire transfer, domestic bank transfer, western union, paypal.

50% deposit is required before production and the balance should be paid before shipping.

Q12：Does the product need continuous inflation?

If the product you ordered is not sealed type, yes.

Q13：Do you provide different standard blower?

Because different countries are using different plugs and voltage.

We will send the correct blowers according to your country.

Q14：How do I use the product?

It is very easy to set up. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower.

Unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable and turn on the electricity to inflate it.

Q15：After finishing the production, can you send me pictures or videos?

Yes, we will send you actual photos to confirm. If any questions you can contact us immediately.

Q16：How much to ship to my home, when I can receive it?

Generally, most customers will choose affordable shipping by sea. Freight is 280 dollars for first one and you just need to add $140 for each one if you buy more. Shipping time is about 25 days.

If you need inflatables urgently, you can choose shipping by air. Air freight fee is about 70% of the unit price. shipping time is about 5 to 7 days.

Q17：Can I arragne to pick up myself?

You could pick up yourself. We have two ways:

1, We only provide goods, you need your logistics company to provide customs declaration information for export business, We suggest you choose a partner company that has been before.

2, Our company provide customs declaration information, need to charge 100 US dollars, and confirmed, in the process of transportation, cargo inspection fees, customs clearance costs are too high, and a series of costs, our company is not responsible, you are responsible for them, please inform your logistics company to find you directly.

Q18：Do I need to do the custom work and pay duties and extra destinaion fees when the goods arrive at the port?

1, If you choose DDP, we will ship directly to your door, all the fees are included in our quotation. Just provide your necessary information and we will arrange all the work, no extra hiding charges.

2, If you choose DDU, we will also ship directly to your door, you only need to pay the duties.

3, If you choose CIF or CFR, we will ship to your nearest port, 5-7 days before the goods arriving to the port, the shipping agent will inform you to pick up the goods. You will receive an arrival notice as attched file showed, Please don't worry, we will offer a reduced commercial invoice to help you to pay as little destination fees as possible.. If you don't know soemthing about the customs work and destination fees, there will be someone professional to contact you to guide you how to do it.

4, We can also introduce some regular customers to you, you can learn more about this from them.

5, If you have difficulty in doing the custom work, you can ask the shipping agent for the cost shipping the goods to your door. The agent can help to do the clearence and delivery the goods to your place. Or you can use your own agent to do the clearence and shipping work.
