All products are manufactured from high quality pvc knife coated materials that have a tear strength of over 1001bs.

The entire unit is double stitched and reinforced. The base part of each unit and all the stress points that bears the most abuse gets extra reinforcement strips sewn on to the top of the seams. This process makes East Inflatables products last much longer compared to the competition. (see fig. 1-2)

Top of the base is doubled up where upright posts and walls are attached to the base. This process reinforces the stress points substantially, thus preventing any unnecessary tears. (see fig.3)

All the straps for the ride tie downs gets an extra doubled vinyl covering. Anchoring straps are also reinforced on the point of attachment to the base, making East Inflatables products safe and rigid in the most adverse weather conditions and for years to follow. (see fig. 4)

All items are sewn together using specially ordered high tear strength nylon thread that could withstand all weather conditions.

Our rides come with replaceable covers on all wear and tear areas were there is either high traffic or cords and ropes are being used. You could confidently use East Inflatables rides knowing all places that are subject to wear and tear like the crawl through tunnels, sliding blankets, climbing steps and else, are replaceable and could be ordered and changed when necessary. Your main inflatable ride would remain in perfect condition and there would be no need for unnecessary down times and repair and freight charges . (see fig. 5＆6)

Carefully designed and installed safety netting on all the slides provides safe shaded platforms and restricts riders from performing dangerous acrobatic flips and dives. (see fig.7)
