Autumn has come in China,but it is still a little hot outside.How time passes! Autumn is a fruitful season.And I prefer Autumn to Summer.It is cloudy outside when I am writing this passage.Now it is about 5:00 pm ,and after a while I will be off duty.A day will have ended, and a new day will have come.Tomorrow is another day!  I am very excited that our company has being improved.We bought some new machines yesterday, and our manufacturing scale is enlagered.Our workshop has become twice as it did before.As for me, I feel happy by nature.Because I am a member of the group.And I am not an individual.All of the staff and the company exist depend on each other.We are a big family! We depend on each other! We work for one goal!

   Next step we will employ more workers in order to meet our manufacturing.Now we are recruiting workers. Our boss has been keeping touch with us.He always  changes his ideas with ours. If we have some suggestions or some innovations, we will tell him.Then we discuss,and he will take some of them.This business communication style which I like.Because it reduces the gap between employers and employees.Every morning  we hold a meeting to discuss our business and comment on our disadvantages and advantages.
